Statewide Contracts

The following list of open contracts, or statewide contracts, are negotiated by the Division of Purchasing. State agencies can contact a vendor directly to purchase goods or services at terms, conditions, and rates specified in the contract. The use of these contracts are governed by Idaho Code § 67-5726(4) which reads in part "No officer or employee shall fail to utilize an open contract without justifiable cause for such action."

The PA column indicates whether the contract terms, conditions, and rates are available to public agencies. Even if the contract is not extended to public agencies (indicated by a N in the PA column), public agencies are welcome to contact the vendor to negotiate a separate contract. See Public Agency Clause below.

The following table lists statewide contracts, presented alphabetically by Contract Description. Information Technology Contracts are listed separately at the end.

In support of Executive Order 2007-21 - Establishing a Policy to Reduce Fossil Fuel and Greenhouse Gas Emissions from State Vehicles, the Division of Purchasing updated, and will continue to update, the vehicle contract listings to provide additional vehicle information. On each contract, all flex fuel, hybrid, or alternatively-fueled vehicles as well as high-economy vehicles (high mpg) are identified in green text. Fuel-efficiency and carbon-footprint ratings will be included soon. Additional research, including fuel-efficiency ratings, is also available at:

Ordering Information

Public Agency Clause

Contract prices, terms, and conditions shall be extended to State of Idaho agencies, departments, divisions, bureaus, universities, institutions, and so forth as per the specifications of the contract. Contract prices, terms, and conditions may be extended to other Public Agencies as defined in Section #67-2327 of the Idaho Code, which reads:

“Public Agency means any city or political subdivision of this state, including but not limited to counties; school districts; highway districts; port authorities; instrumentalities of counties; cities or any political subdivision created under the laws of the State of Idaho.”

It is the responsibility of the Public Agency to independently contract with the vendor and/or comply with any other applicable provision of Idaho Code governing public contracts.
