Long-Term Temporary Parking Permits

Temporary parking permits are not issued while the legislature is in session.

Eligibility and Availability

A "Capitol Mall Long-Term Parking Permit" is a special permit that is valid for one (1) month and allows the bearer to park in general Capitol Mall parking spaces, subject to the rules and regulations in IDAPA 38.04.04. These permits cost $5 per month and may be issued for one (1), two (2), or three (3) month intervals. See the application for eligibility requirements.

Please Note: Payment must be received before a permit can be issued. We cannot bill your agency.

Download and Print the Application

  1. Open the Long-Term Temporary Parking Permit form.
  2. Print and complete the form.
  3. Submit the completed form and payment according the the instructions on the form.


    4. Incomplete forms or forms received without the appropriate payment will not be accepted.
