It makes sense to keep your records up to date with Capitol Mall Parking.
When we have current data, we can help make sure your vehicle is safe and sound,
and let you know if anything goes awry (we all leave our headlights on once in a
while). Also, your parking tag is valid only in vehicles which are
registered with our office, so you risk receiving a citation if you fail to let
us know when that info changes.

and include any information you need updated. All emails must include the
following:
Your name
Your agency of employment
Your location (building + office number or floor)
What information needs changed (see below for further details):
If you are removing a vehicle, include the vehicle license number and description (color, make, model).
If you are adding a new vehicle, include the license number and description (color, make, model).
If a vehicle already registered has a new license plate number, include the new license number, as well as the old number and the description (color, make, model) of the vehicle.
If you are transferring an existing license plate to a new vehicle, include the description of the old AND new vehicles (color, make, model)
If you have a new phone number, just include the new number
If you are moving locations or offices, include the new location. Be sure to include a new building, if appropriate.
If you are transferring to a different department, include the date your transfer is effective and your new phone number and location.
