The State of Idaho has determined that the prescription drug coverage on all of the Active and Retired Employee medical plans is creditable. Creditable means that the amount this prescription drug coverage is expected to pay (on average) is as much as what the standard Medicare prescription drug coverage (Medicare Part D) will pay. Read or download a copy of the notice.
The Department of Administration will be hosting meetings around the state for retirees enrolled in the Retiree Medical Plans. The purpose of the meetings is to provide information on issues impacting the Retiree Medical plans, on legislation that will be re-introduced during the next Legislative session, and on how it will impact retirees.
